2. Book Online Complete your details, review your booking, and pay securely online to lock in your date.
3. Pick Up Collect your candles from our pickup address the day before your event during your selected pickup time window.
4. Style & Enjoy Set them out on the day and enjoy the candlelit look without the prep work. All candles come pre-filled and ready to light.
5. Return Blow them out, repack them in the original packaging, and return them the day after your event during your selected return time window. We handle the cleaning.

Yes. All candles come pre-filled and ready to use, so there is no filling or assembly needed on your end.

Our minimum order is 15 candles.

Yes. If our package options do not quite fit your setup, we can provide a custom quote.

Standard hire includes pickup the day before your event and return the day after by 5 PM.

No. Blow them out, repack them, and return them. We handle the cleaning.

In many cases, yes. Orders are packed for practical pickup and transport, and many fit in a standard car depending on quantity.

Each candle box is usually around 25 to 30 kilos. We recommend bringing one extra person with you to help carry and load the boxes comfortably.

No, we do not include a lighter with the hire. We recommend bringing a standard barbecue lighter so it is easier to reach down into the vessels when lighting the candles.

Yes. If you need them for longer than standard hire, let us know and we can discuss extended hire options.

At the moment, pickup from Bull Creek is the standard option.

If any items are damaged during hire, just let us know. We can talk you through the next steps based on the item and the extent of the damage.

You can enquire through the website by submitting your event details, and we’ll confirm availability and next steps with you.

Because your booking reserves stock and your event date in advance, 50% of the candle hire fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. If you cancel within 14 days of your event date, the full candle hire fee is non-refundable. Any refundable bond paid will be returned in full if the booking is cancelled before collection or pickup.
