How to Return Your Candles

Returning your order is simple

After your event, simply repack your candles carefully and return them in the original packaging at your agreed return time. We’ll take care of the cleaning, so you only need to focus on packing everything back safely.

The return process

Follow these same steps after every event to keep everything safe, tidy, and ready for return.

Step 1

Blow out candles

Once your event is finished, make sure all candles are fully extinguished before packing them away.

Step 2

Let wax cool

Allow the wax to cool before moving or packing the candles.

Step 3

Keep upright

Please keep the candles upright while repacking and transporting them to help avoid spills or shifting.

Step 4

Repack them

Place each candle back into its original foam insert or crate so everything is secure for transport.

Step 5

Return them

Bring your order back at the agreed return time window after your event.

Good news

We handle the cleaning, so there’s no need to clean the candles before returning them. Just repack everything safely in the original packaging and bring it back at your agreed time.

Damage or loss

If any items are damaged, broken, or missing, this may affect your refundable bond. This helps us protect the hire stock for future bookings.
